11 May Orthodox Celts, Kerber, Ritam nereda, Bolesna štenad, Brkovi… play Arsenal!
Orthodox Celts, Kerber, Ritam nereda, Brkovi, Kanda Kodža i Nebojša feat. Horsman Coyote, Bolesna štenad and Electro Vampires have been added to the impressive line-up of Arsenal Fest 07 that already includes Anthrax, Thievery Corporation, Dub FX, Ana Popović, etc.
On first night of the festival, right after trash metal heavyweights Anthrax, the Main Stage will be occupied by Kerber, a legendary Serbian band that became famous with hits such as “Mezimac”, “Ratne igre”, “Hajde da se volimo” and “Mama, tata”. This is the first time they play Arsenal.
The Main Stage’s hard and energetic program for 22nd of June will end with performance of Orthodox Celts, who celebrate their 25 years of dedication to Irish music, and have recently released a new album, “Many Mouths Shout”. Their colleagues from Novi Sad, Ritam nereda will perform on the Garden Stage, the same night.
“We can hardly wait to climb the stage at Arsenal Fest for the third time. As Ritam Nereda celebrate their 30th birthday, this will be a special occasion, so we have prepared a very interesting setlist. We have a bond with Kragujevac that is somewhat special, so this performance will surely be discussed for a long time”, says Boban Petronić, the leader of the band.
Croatian folk-punkers Brkovi will perform on the Garden Stage on June 23rd, the second night of the festival. On the following night (June 24th), the same stage will see performances of Bolesna štenad and Greek gothic band Electro Vampires.
On June 24th, the last night of Arsenal, Kanda, Kodža i Nebojša accompanied by Hosman Coyote will play the closing set on the Main Stage – after the performances of Škrtice, Skindred and DubFX. The last shows on the Garden Stage that night belong to Kralj Čačka, Urban&4 and Rambo Amadeus.
More performers will be announced in following weeks…
